- Arrival and departure: The rooms are ready for occupancy on the arrival day from 15 h. On departure day we ask you kindly to vacate your room by 11 h. If you still want to use the room and the wellness area on the departure day, we charge a fee of € 45. - per person.
- Out of consideration for guests who move into the room after you, we ask you kindly to smoke on the balcony.
- Reservations are accepted only in writing and in connection with a deposit.
- Reservation validity & cancellations: Your room reservation is only in writing and up to 6 weeks before arrival date possible without cancellation fee. In case of late arrival and/or early departure the entire booked room price will be charged. Cancellation fee according to Austrian hotel regulations.
